Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data collected through bluecollar.com.tr (the “Site”) is processed, in line with Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

1. Data controller

BlueCollar is a Gini Talent brand. The data controller for personal data processed through the Site is Gini Finansal Danışmanlık ve Bilgi Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Gini Talent”)

2. Personal data we process

• Identity: First and last name
• Contact: Work email address, phone number
• Request details: Company name and the content of your staff request (position, headcount, work location, target start date, working conditions and any notes)
• Marketing and measurement: The page you first landed on, the referring site and campaign (UTM) information
• Security: IP address, browser and device information, server logs

We don’t ask for special categories of personal data. Please don’t include such data in free-text fields.

3. Purposes

• Assessing your staff request and getting back to you
• Preparing a proposal and handling pre-contract steps
• Communicating with you about your request
• Measuring which content and channels requests come from, and improving our services
• Keeping the Site secure and preventing misuse
• Meeting legal obligations

4. Legal bases

Personal data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK, on the grounds that processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), necessary to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and necessary for our legitimate interests provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). Non-essential cookies are only used with your explicit consent.

5. How data is collected

Data is collected electronically through the staff request form, cookies and similar technologies, and server logs. When you submit the staff request form, the information you entered is passed to Gini Talent’s contact form (ginitalent.com) to process your request and is stored in Gini Talent’s customer relationship management system.

6. Transfers

For the purposes above only, personal data may be shared with:

• Providers of hosting, customer relationship management, email and analytics services,
• Gini Talent group companies and partners, to the extent necessary to fulfil your request,
• Competent public authorities where there is a legal obligation.

Where service providers’ servers are located outside Türkiye, transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Retention

Personal data is kept for the period required by applicable law or by the purpose of processing, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7; request that these actions are notified to third parties; object to outcomes against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send requests regarding your rights, together with information that identifies you, to info@ginitalent.com or in writing to the address above. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
