A Gini Talent brand

How We Work

Our engagement models, how responsibilities are shared, the process, reporting and our pricing approach.

One staffing need, two engagement models

Mass hiring, foreign workers or a new-facility crew is the same need. The difference is how the work is set up: employees join your payroll (recruitment), or Gini Talent runs a defined part of your operation under its own coordination through a service contract (managed services). On every project we describe only the model that will actually run and agree responsibilities in writing before anyone starts.

Topic Recruitment Managed services (service contract)
Payroll and personnel files Client (your company) Lawful payroll and personnel files under Gini Talent’s guarantee
Sourcing, screening and assessment Gini Talent Gini Talent
Hiring decision Client Gini Talent
Employment contract, wages, SGK and statutory rights Client Gini Talent
Work organisation and day-to-day direction Client Gini Talent coordination
Occupational health and safety Client Joint coordination according to the actual situation on site

In managed services, the operation is run turnkey under Gini Talent’s coordination; work organisation and day-to-day direction are our responsibility. This is not labour leasing or temporary staffing; it is a service contract with a defined scope. Gini Talent takes on full management of lawful payroll, wages, social security (SGK) and statutory personnel rights for the workers, within Labour Law No. 4857 and related social security legislation. Occupational health and safety is run in joint coordination according to the actual situation on site.

Under Article 2 of Labour Law No. 4857, your company as the principal employer is jointly liable with Gini Talent for obligations to the workers arising from the Labour Law, the employment contract and any collective agreement. The service contract therefore also sets out how wage, SGK and statutory payments are documented.

Process

  1. Staffing brief: Positions, headcount, shifts, location and target start date.
  2. Proposal & plan: Model, scope, responsibilities, timeline and pricing.
  3. Sourcing & screening: Regional channels, referrals and candidate databases.
  4. Assessment & shortlist: Practical tests and interviews; you approve the shortlist.
  5. Start & follow-up: Staggered starts and first-30-day follow-up.

Reporting

Reporting frequency and format are agreed at kick-off. A typical report covers candidates reached, candidates who passed screening, interview and offer status, employees who started and drop-outs in the first 30 days.

Pricing approach

Pricing is set in writing at the proposal stage, depending on the model, positions, headcount and location. The proposal lists the service fee, any employment costs under managed services, and additional service items separately.

To estimate total employer cost in advance, you can use the Türkiye Salary Calculator.

Cross-border mobilisation, documentation and permit coordination use the same spine as Gini Talent’s industrial workforce work.
