A Gini Talent brand

Workforce solution

Sourcing Blue-Collar Labour from Abroad and Work Permit Coordination

For roles the local market cannot fill, we source skilled workers from abroad and run vocational assessment, ÇSGB work-permit coordination, arrival and onboarding in one plan. Permit approval is not guaranteed.

Foreign Worker Recruitment

Whose payroll are the employees on?

  • Recruitment — employees on your payroll
  • Managed services — run by Gini Talent under a service contract

This is not “we bring foreign workers for anyone, easily”. Work permits are issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (ÇSGB) for a specific employer and workplace. In recruitment, the permit is filed in your name as the employer and we coordinate the process and documents. In managed services, the permit is obtained within Gini Talent (or its legal affiliate) for the specific facility and project, tied to that location. Workers never work outside the workplace their permit covers. Which model can run depends on the role and current ÇSGB criteria and is written down before anyone starts; permit approval is never guaranteed.

International sourcing for roles you cannot fill locally

Hiring from abroad does not replace local mass hiring. It is for trades the regional pool cannot fill in time — typically welders, CNC operators and heavy-industry roles. Source countries are chosen from Gini Talent corridors — Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Egypt, Morocco and Central Asia (e.g. Uzbekistan) — by skill and current law, not from a generic list. For global industrial mobilisation see Gini Talent’s blue-collar industrial page.

ÇSGB assessment criteria and the work-permit process

Permits are assessed file by file against current Ministry of Labour and Social Security (ÇSGB) criteria. Those criteria vary by employer, occupation and application type. In the pre-check we compare your company with the current rules; we do not push a file that looks ineligible on a “it will probably go through” basis.

Coordination means documents, a timeline and tracking official steps. We do not commit to approval or official processing times. Use the ÇSGB sources for the current text.

Housing, transport and on-site onboarding for foreign workers

Arrival, housing, shuttle and shop-floor orientation sit in one onboarding plan. Providing housing or transport ourselves is out of scope unless the proposal says so; we coordinate with your internal team and any site partner. First-30-day follow-up uses the same attrition logic as local hiring.

How it works

  1. Role analysis

  2. Eligibility pre-check

Current regulations and the Ministry of Labour (ÇSGB) assessment criteria are reviewed against your company’s situation.

  3. Sourcing & assessment

Candidates are assessed on vocational skills, experience and practical tests; you approve the shortlist.

  4. Permits & arrival

The work permit process and documents are coordinated; arrival, housing and transport are planned.

  5. Onboarding

Orientation, safety briefing and first-30-day follow-up are planned.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can every company hire foreign workers?

Work permit applications are assessed against the current criteria of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (ÇSGB), and these criteria can differ depending on the employer. Before applying, we review your situation against the current criteria.

How long does a work permit take?

It depends on the application type, the completeness of documents and official processing times. We share a timeline based on current information at the start, but we can’t commit to official processing times.

Is foreign worker recruitment more expensive than local hiring?

Total cost depends on recruitment, permits, travel, housing and onboarding. Our proposal lists these items separately so you can compare them with local hiring.

Which countries do you recruit from?

The source country depends on the role, skills and current regulations. Gini Talent corridors include Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Egypt, Morocco and Central Asia. We share the fit after the needs analysis.

How many people, in which position?

Share your need in a short form. We’ll review it and come back to you with the next steps.
