Electrician recruitment means finding electricians for industrial plant and site work whose authorisation, voltage-class experience and fault-diagnosis skills are verified, then starting them according to your maintenance, installation or project plan. Assessment relies on a technical interview and a document check rather than the CV.
People working on electrical installations need a vocational or authorisation certificate that fits the scope of work; the MYK vocational qualification certificate and a master craftsman certificate are commonly requested. We write the voltage level and your site’s authorisation rules into the staffing need. Safety training and site rules remain the employer’s responsibility.

Electrician demand comes either as a permanent maintenance team or as project-based site work. Permanent maintenance needs a clear shift and on-call pattern; project work needs start and end dates, accommodation and overtime agreed up front. If the local pool is too thin, sourcing from abroad is planned after a work-permit pre-check; permit approval is never guaranteed.
The process starts with your staffing need: position, headcount, shifts, location and target start date. We then build a regional candidate pool, pre-screen by phone and assess candidates through a technical interview and a document check; you approve the shortlist. Timing depends on headcount, location, shift pattern and pay level, so instead of promising a fixed number of days we share a written hiring timeline with the proposal. For hires of five or more people, starts are planned in staggered groups that match your training capacity.

No. H&S and site rules sit with the employer; we check papers and experience against the brief.
If the local pool is too thin, a Gini Talent corridor is planned after a ÇSGB pre-check. Approval is never guaranteed.
For electricians the voltage level and authorisation requirement define the pool; roles that need high-voltage or panel experience take longer. We confirm the exact timing in a written hiring timeline with the proposal, based on headcount, location and pay level.
