Welder recruitment means finding welders whose process (MIG/MAG, TIG, stick), position and material experience is verified by certificates and, where possible, a practical test, then starting them according to your project or shift plan. If the role cannot be filled locally, foreign worker recruitment can be planned.
In welder recruitment, the gap between declared experience and real competence shows up as quality issues and rework. That’s why we verify welding process, position and material experience through certificates, a technical interview and, where possible, a practical test.
Certificates and qualifications
Commonly requested documents are welder qualification certificates under the TS EN ISO 9606 series and the MYK vocational qualification certificate. We write which certificate is needed, at which level and scope, together with your client’s quality and inspection requirements, and check the role’s status on the MYK mandatory-certificate list before hiring.

Shifts, volume and seasons
Welder demand is usually project-based: a new order, site installation or plant investment. If project length, site or workshop conditions, accommodation and overtime are not clear up front, candidate drop-out is high. Long-term needs get permanent staff; project needs get a plan with fixed start and end dates.
Process and timing
The process starts with your staffing need: position, headcount, shifts, location and target start date. We then build a regional candidate pool, pre-screen by phone and assess candidates through a technical interview and, where possible, a practical welding test; you approve the shortlist. Timing depends on headcount, location, shift pattern and pay level, so instead of promising a fixed number of days we share a written hiring timeline with the proposal. For hires of five or more people, starts are planned in staggered groups that match your training capacity.
