Packaging worker recruitment means selecting candidates who check labels, lots and quantities carefully, follow hygiene rules and keep pace, using an assessment that measures speed and accuracy together, and starting them according to your shift plan. In food plants, hygiene requirements are part of hiring.
Packaging is the last checkpoint before shipment. Correct labels, correct quantities and hygiene compliance directly affect complaints and returns. For packaging workers, we measure accuracy as much as speed.
Packaging workers need no general vocational certificate. Staff handling food must complete hygiene training and the health checks the employer requires; we write down which documents are needed before the start and which can follow. We do not issue the documents; we check whether candidates have them.

Packaging demand moves with seasons and campaigns: holiday periods, New Year, harvest or e-commerce sales. Preparing the candidate pool a few weeks ahead prevents start dates from slipping in the peak week. Permanent staff and seasonal extra crews are planned separately.
The process starts with your staffing need: position, headcount, shifts, location and target start date. We then build a regional candidate pool, pre-screen by phone and assess candidates through a short exercise that measures speed and accuracy together; you approve the shortlist. Timing depends on headcount, location, shift pattern and pay level, so instead of promising a fixed number of days we share a written hiring timeline with the proposal. For hires of five or more people, starts are planned in staggered groups that match your training capacity.
