Production worker recruitment means confirming how many people each line and shift needs, assessing candidates in practice for pace, attention and shift availability, and starting the approved workers in planned groups. Most production roles need no prior experience; what matters is showing up reliably and following safety rules.
Production workers keep your lines running. In the right hire, experience matters less than pace, attention, shift availability and safety awareness. That’s why we assess candidates with exercises close to the real tasks of the role.
Production workers usually need no vocational certificate. Occupational health and safety training is the employer’s duty under Law No. 6331 and is given at the start of employment. Lines in contact with food may need hygiene training, and press or chemical lines may need extra training; we write these into the staffing need with you.

Demand for production workers usually grows with the shift roster: a new line, an extra shift or a busy order period. In three-shift plants, if night shifts, shuttle routes and weekend patterns are not explained up front, early leavers rise in the first weeks. That is why we build the job ad and pre-screening around the shift conditions.
The process starts with your staffing need: position, headcount, shifts, location and target start date. We then build a regional candidate pool, pre-screen by phone and assess candidates through a short exercise close to the real tasks of the role; you approve the shortlist. Timing depends on headcount, location, shift pattern and pay level, so instead of promising a fixed number of days we share a written hiring timeline with the proposal. For hires of five or more people, starts are planned in staggered groups that match your training capacity.

Production roles without an experience requirement are usually the fastest to fill; shift pattern, shuttle routes and local pay levels drive the timing most. We confirm the exact timing in a written hiring timeline with the proposal, based on headcount, location and pay level.
